Come to Ascension on Saturday, July 11, for a special Friends and Family Community CPR Event!

This free, hands-on session, led by an American Heart Association trainer, will teach you potentially life-saving compression-only CPR. You'll get practical experience with proper compression techniques, learn about AED functionality, and have your questions answered.

While this event does not provide formal certification, it's designed to equip you to act confidently in an emergency. Since most cardiac emergencies happen to someone you know, your preparation could be critical for a family member or friend.

What you'll get:

• Hands-on practice with compression-only CPR.
• Insights into AED functionality.
• A free student manual covering basic first aid and steps for full CPR certification.

Who's invited? All ages are welcome and encouraged to attend!

Space is limited, and registration is required. Choose the 90-minute session that works best for you:

• 9:00 am - 10:30 am
• 11:00 am - 12:30 pm
• 1:30 pm - 3:00 pm
